Aquí están Tommy & The Rockets y Bikini Wipeouts para recordárnoslo.
La sensación playera europea se une en “SPLIT THE WAVES”.
Un ep compartido con dos canciones de cada banda, que han decidido y se han puesto deacuerdo en poner un cover además de un tema propio por tabla.
TOMMY AND THE ROCKETS:
We´re Going Surfing seguido de una versionaza de Summer Means Fun al más puro estilo power pop punk surfer al que ya nos tiene acostumbrado, cargado de arreglos y coros que te harán cojer olas sin cesar.
BIKINI WIPEOUTS:
Nos sorprenden con una preciosista Pretty Surfer Girl y una fantástica versión de Hawaii de la primera época de Beach Boys con Brian Wilson. EP double-sider sin parangón en que los 4 cortes merecen ser cara A sin dudarlo.
Un acercamiento Danéspañol que esperemos los lleven a surfear olas en algún escenario juntos.

For some people that is not an allowed talk.
Here are Tommy and The Rockets and Bikini Wipeouts to remind us about it.
European beaches sensation surf together in “SPLIT THE WAVES”
A shared Ep with two songs per band who decided to perform a cover song and an own one each.
TOMMY AND THE ROKETS:
We´re Going Surfing is followed by the greatest cover we´ve ever heard of Summer Means Fun” at his own power pop punk surf style which everybody around knows. Full of great backing and lead vocals.
BIKINI WIPEOUTS:
Surprises uswith a beautiful “Pretty Surfer Girl” and a fantastic cover of the first Beach Boys and Brian Wilson´s period “Hawaii”.
It´s a Double sider 7” with no possible similarity in which all tracks deserves being “side A” with no doubt.
An Spdanish society who we all would love to see them performing live together.
May it be the new Surfing Beach Preservation Society?
